		<description>That is a very good recipe for roasties, I use a similar one for our Sunday lunches. The roughing up of the outside of the potatoes is very important to produce a crisp outer skin while the inside is nice and floury. Duck or goose fat could also be used to give extra flavour. If we are roasting a piece of beef we like to cook the parsnips for  about 35 minutes with the beef sitting on them , the don&#039;t go crispy but the taste.... You have got me looking forward to Sunday already.</description>
